AFF - Imperial Regular v3.1 by Knightwatch AFF - Imperial Regular v3.1 by Knightwatch
The design process continues on the Antarean Imperial Army. Changed the colours away from sandy/browns to a more traditional look, though still more natural than the harsh ULA greys.

I am very happy with noble, knightly feel of the armour.

The colours are rushed in places, but I needed it finished quickly, or it would start to drag out a bit.

Pencil and Photoshop 7.

it's a neat design but you see those upper leg plates?  They are going to bind right into that belt and restrict movement in a big way... he wouldn't even be able to kneel down.  The plates need to be about 2" shorter to improve mobility.  Same thing with the shin plates' they will bind into the top of the boot.

Nice, very nice. But, there are a couple of things that trouble me.

First, the head. It looks as if it is bolted on and cannot move. I can't be sure if this is what you were going for, but it just doesn't look right. Maybe it's just the angle.

Second, the cape looks out of place. It looks a little out of place. It needs a texture. I see it is also a little worn on the edges. You could carry that out more and put some holes through the thing.

Other that that, it indeed does look noble. It is nicely done, and keep 'em coming! ^_~

i don't think that the eyes but be that much visible, being situated in deep, dark recesses and all. i think they give the guy somehow a "masked avenger" look :-)

The chest plate looks a bit out of perspective, and how the abdominal armour is made wouldn't allow for any realsitic movement. Ignoring that, I love it.

Looks excellent so far, as you said, it does feel noble/knightly. The only thing I see slightly wrong with it is the lack of the shadow on the back of the grey (cape?). Keep it up!
